A woman was charged with driving dangerously and injuring another woman on 22 August 2005.
Josianne Dimech, 29, from Valletta, pleaded not guilty to injuring Claire Ciappara on the date in question.
Police Inspectors Alexander Grech prosecuted while Dr Jose Herrera appeared for Ms Dimech.
