The Maltese national team has registered two wins from the two matches played during their current tour in Cyprus.

In the first match on Wednesday, they beat the Cyprus Under 21 side 32-15. On Thursday they went on to beat Cypriot first division team Davrommatis 25-23.

The Cypriots are currently occupying fifth place in the first division. The Maltese boys had to come from behind in a magnificent second half after having been 8-12 in arrears at the end of the first half.

The team had to play its final tour match against the Cyprus national team yesterday evening.
