Maltacom has introduced the option for disabled people to receive their bills in a large format with a larger font. The new bills are printed on A3 paper and are actually twice the size of standard telephone bills.

Those wishing to apply for the service must be in possession of a special identity card issued by Kummissjoni Nazzjonali Persuni b’Dizabilita (KNPD).

The initiative to launch large font bills is yet another outcome of the healthy relationship that has always existed between Maltacom and the KNPD. Years ago, Maltacom worked hard to provide Telecare and TAFDA services in the Maltese Islands.

Customers who are interested in receiving bills in the large font format, and who are in possession of a special identity card issued by KNPD, can now submit an application form for immediate processing.
