Top Gun Bar (photo) have won the Christmas Cup organised by the Pool Association of Malta.

Forty eight teams took part in the competition staged at the Pandora Hall in Zejtun.

In the final, the team from Marsa beat Tarxien's Espadon Bar 10-8.

This was the second honour won by Top Gun this season after having won the Teams KO.

In the semi-final, they beat Billiards Hall 10-4, while Espadon Bar had overcome Senglea Bocci Club 10-7.

The Top Gun Bar's players were Joseph Psaila, Stanley Chircop, Richard Cuschieri, Clint Grima, Kevin Schembri, Patrick Cassar, Clayton Attard, Anton Cuschieri and Warren Attard.
