Nationalist MEP David Casa yesterday launched his website which he said is intended to inform people about what’s going on in the European institution with particular emphasis on European Parliament.
Mr Casa’s website was launched during a press lunch for local media. www.davidcasa.eu is an informative website about Mr Casa’s work in the European Parliament and includes news and opinion articles written by the MEP.
On the site, one may also find news reports on EU affairs and the 27 member states. The website also provides a photo gallery, downloadable material and links to other websites that may be of interest to visitors.
A calendar of events regarding Mr Casa’s activities is also accessible. One may also subscribe to an e-newsletter, which will be issued monthly.
‘I believe its our duty to keep the constituents informed of the work I’m carrying out while representing them in the European Parliament and at the same time keep them updated with EU news,’ said Mr Casa.
To reach this aim the website will be updated three times daily.
“I am elected by the people therefore they deserve to be informed about what I am doing as their representative,” concluded MEP Casa.
