The spate of arson attacks continued early yesterday morning when two cars were set on fire in Msida.
In a statement, the police said it was informed that there were two cars on fire in C. De Brockdorff Street in Msida at 1.30am. The police went on site where they found a Lancia and a Renault engulfed in flames.
Members of the Civil Protection Department were on site in no time to control the blaze. No one was injured.
Duty Magistrate Silvio Meli was informed about the case. He appointed a number of court experts to assist him with the magisterial inquiry.
The police are investigating.
