A Serbian striker is having a trial with Floriana FC. The club said yesterday that Bojan Spasojevic, 27, played for Serbian Premier Division side Vozdovac. He arrived in Malta last Saturday and yesterday had his first taste of Maltese football by training for the first time with the Greens.

Spasojevic, who plays on the left flank, will probably become the club’s third foreigner. The other two are Wendell Gomes and Riad Gangortsa.
