A man was yesterday jailed for 18 months suspended for three years after pleading guilty to stealing a motorbike in January 2004.
Clayton Cremona, 20, from Valletta, pleaded guilty to stealing the Yamaha motorbike from Qormi on the night of 9 and 10 January 2004.
Magistrate Saviour Demicoli presided over the case. Police Inspector Geoffrey Azzopardi prosecuted while Dr Louie Bianchi appeared for the accused.
