With reference to the article How to lead by example (Daphne Caruana Galizia, TMID, 25 January) I would like to declare that I have nothing to do with the illegal concrete pathway built on the Ta’ Sanap Cliffs, in Munxar next to Ta’ Cenc.

I want to make it clear that when I was present in the Munxar Council’s meetings I never took part in the decision to illegally lay concrete on the pathway at Ta’ Sanap Cliffs.

I condemn this illegal action and do not agree that public funds are used to cover the expense for this illegal work.
