Bank of Valletta yesterday signed a three-year agreement with the Medical Association of Malta (MAM), recognising BOV as the official bank of MAM.
The agreement was signed at BOV centre by chief officer operations of Bank of Valletta Igino Xuereb and by MAM president Stephen Fava and secretary Martin Balzan.
Through the agreement, BOV will offer added value to Malta’s medical professionals in recognition of the most important role that they play within the Maltese society.
Furthermore, it will also strengthen BOV’s relationship with MAM and its members, making available its financial expertise to meet the unique and extensive requirements of Malta’s medical practitioners.
Mr Xuereb said that BOV “is proud to consolidate its relationship with the members of MAM – the largest organisation representing the medical profession with a membership base exceeding 700.”
Dr Fava said the association was pleased to reach this agreement and sign a three-year alliance with BOV on the basis of its solid reputation and strength as a leading financial institution in Malta.
He added that MAM was very careful when choosing its partners as they need to share the same values and project the same level of professionalism that is synonymous with the medical profession.
