“Business Process Reengineering”, a one-day workshop delivered by Peter Brown in his unique style, is designed to appeal to personnel in charge of reengineering the business systems within their organisation. This workshop offers a modern slant on business process reengineering and its objective is that of demonstrating to delegates the importance of efficient systems in meeting today’s goals. It shows how systems can be tailored to reinforce the successful application of modern techniques such as relationship marketing and supply chain management. This aim will be achieved through a methodology which has proven time and again to be very effective. A combination of hands-on case studies and dynamic discussion groups will be utilised so as to create a genuine understanding of how specific techniques can be used to add value to core
processes.
Peter Brown is MISCO’s associate trainer, and delivers a number of training programmes which focus on the technical aspects of managing a business.
