Hibs player Beverlee Zammit has been named as the Peugeot player of the month for January.

Zammit was presented with this award by Colin Schembri, Vice-President of the MBA.

During the month of January, Hibs won all their games to keep their unbeaten record in the league. They also reached the semi-finals of the Louis Borg Cup.

Beverlee Zammit, who is also a regular under 20 player for Hibs, contributed to this success by scoring 80 points including nine three pointers. Currently she is the top scorer of the league with an average of 14.41 points per game. She is the third best assist woman of the season with 59 assists with an average of 3.47 assists per game and also 3.59 steals per game.
