Visco Enterprises Co. Ltd has filed two judicial protests requesting damages following the illegal copying and selling/rentals of Universal Pictures titles.

As licensees for Universal Pictures, Visco Enterprises have the rights for Universal titles on DVDs.

The company is requesting damages in view of the illegitimate copying and selling/rentals of Universal titles. The two protests were filed against Richard Mercieca and Mark Anthony Mercieca.

Visco Enterprises are also requesting damages of any title rented or sold on Region 1 or any other region not authorised by the licensee. Dr Patrick Galea signed the protests.
