Steve Copeland, Thurston Grixti, Andre Pace, Gaetano Camilleri, Raymond Caruana, Shaun Agius, Richard Galea and Paul Galea have all been promoted to the Premier Division after winning their game in the last 16 final stages.
The English player Steve Copeland (MLP Mellieha) had the better of Ronald Callus by winning 4-0. Thurston Grixti (Peace), who is only 16 years of age and the youngest player promoted to the Premier League, beat Roderick Galea (Birgu) 4-2.
Eighteen year old Shawn Agius (St. George – Qormi) beat Thomas Busuttil (PN – Senglea ) 4-3; Andre Pace (Vilhena) finally made it to the Premier League after beating Jesmond Zammit (Jesmond S.C.) 4-1; Raymond Caruana (Jesmond S.C.) beat Julian Micallef (Anglo Maltese) 4-2; Richard Galea (Melita Band Club) beat Kenneth Grech (147 Snooker Hall) 4-2; Gaetano Camilleri (Jesmond S.C.) beat Jesmond Schembri (Hamrun Liberty) 4-0 while Paul Galea (Melita Band Club), who is still unbeaten after winning all the six games in the group stages, beat Gaetano Mallia (St. Catherine) 4-0.
After beating Apple Snooker Hall in the semi-finals, the three 147 Snooker Hall players Clayton Castaldi, Manolito Grech and Tony Zahra, clinched the Teams Championship by beating Hamrun Liberty in the final.
