Carnival festivities come to an end today with a Grand Finale in St Anne Street, Floriana, starting at 6.30pm.
The organisers and the enthusiasts were not too happy with the windy conditions yesterday, the first time this year that the weather was rather unfavourable for an outdoor activity such as Carnival.
They will hope that the rains keep away too, although the Met. Office has said that there could be some showers today.
