Following the appointment of Colliers International as property managers, Balkan Property Investments, a Dhalia-led consortium of Maltese investors, has also agreed to engage Vector Management International to be the project managers of the Balkan Jewel – a residential development in the idyllic Razlog Valley, near the ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria.

Vector Management International will be responsible for managing the construction, finishing and furnishing stages of the Balkan Jewel through to completion. Vector Management Bulgaria, a subsidiary of Vector Management International, has established itself as one of the leading project management companies in Bulgaria. It is currently responsible for overseeing the development of a number of residential, commercial and hospitality developments across the country.

The Balkan Jewel will comprise 160 studio, one- and two-bedroomed apartments and be constructed on a 7,500 m2 site. This residential development will be located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains overlooking an 18-hole Ian Woosnam-designed golf course. Amenities will include a café, a fitness centre, a children’s play area, an outdoor swimming pool and underground parking facilities.
