Visitors to the “Silent Warriors: The Chinese Terracotta Soldiers” exhibition can take advantage of a reduction in the enrolment fee for the Heritage Malta membership scheme.
The Silent Warriors exhibition is being held at the National Museum of Archaeology in Republic Street, Valletta. It includes life-size soldiers, horses and other artefacts from the necropolis of Qin Shi Huang of China, which represents one of the most sensational archaeological finds in the world.
The Heritage Malta Membership scheme gives subscribers unlimited access to all Heritage Malta sites and museums that are open daily (except the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum), allowing for substantial savings against an annual fee. Visitors who attach their Silent Warriors exhibition admission ticket to the application form will be eligible for a Lm2 reduction on the enrolment fee. Only one ticket can be attached with an application form.
The annual membership fee costs Lm12 for an individual adult, Lm8 for senior citizens and juniors and Lm20 for families. More information can be obtained from Heritage Malta head office (tel: 2295 4312) or from the National Museum of Archaeology (tel: 2122 1623).
The exhibition is open throughout the week from 9am to 7pm until 31 July.
