The Union Haddiema Maghqudin (UHM) will hold its 30th general conference at the Dolmen Resort in Qawra on Wednesday.

The conference, themed UHM …tkompli tahdem dejjem (UHM ...will keep on working for you), will be addressed by Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi, Opposition Leader Alfred Sant and Alternattiva Demokratika – the Green Party chairman Harry Vassallo.

Several scholars and the secretary general of the European federation of public service employees, Bert Van Caelenberg, will also address the conference.
