An Innovative prepaid solution for fixed-line telephony

Following the launch of hello as a fully-fledged fixed line telephony service three months ago, Melita Cable has announced an innovative prepaid solution for fixed line telephony service – helloflex.

Helloflex gives fixed-line telephony users the option of being in total control of their costs when calling any other user in Malta or abroad. Building on the success achieved in the past three months, helloflex provides customers with the benefit of the cheapest prepaid calling rates in Malta, cost control and no hassle with monthly bills.

With helloflex, customers can set up their connection at home and start paying only for the calls they make. This option has proved to be very popular in the mobile industry and is bound to become very popular in the fixed-line market as well.

The helloflex system is very consumer-friendly. After the installation of the hello system at home, customers can top-up their account either through the website www.hello.com.mt or via a network of card resellers across Malta and Gozo. Over 150 outlets have been commissioned to sell helloflex prepaid cards, which come in two denominations – Lm5 and Lm10.

Once the hello system is installed, and the helloflex is selected, consumers can call any network in Malta, and more than 1000 operators overseas, by simply dialling the designated number. Each call is charged according to the helloflex rates and deducted from the account balance. The prepay system enables customers to check their balance in a timely manner, thereby allowing them to keep a close eye on costs. Yet again, the single most important benefit of hello is the fact that all calls between hello users are free of charge.
