MRCD staff and management kicked off the company’s 20th anniversary celebrations with a celebratory dinner on 5 February.

The company’s directors Bernard and Tanya Cachia were presented with a silver gift by the staff to mark the occasion. Mr Cachia commented that he had followed the company’s growth over the years from a small shop in Sliema, to a larger outlet in Lija (presently being refurbished) and eventually a showroom in Qormi.

MRCD would like to share their celebration with all their valued customers and with this in mind, MRCD will be open all day today, from 9am to 8pm, offering discounts of between 20 and 60 per cent on selected items displayed in their Qormi showroom.

To further enhance this memorable occasion, the company’s foreign suppliers are participating, with the latest trends in the flooring and bathroom sectors – ultra modern, classical and rustic concepts – all

displayed in their individual settings.

Ceramica Eos will be presenting their full range of sanitary ware. Natucer will be showing over 50 colours of Klinker steps and matching tiles and rosetons. Diago, Ceracasa, Venus, Baldocer, Gaya and Porcellanicos HDC, will display their range of gres, monocottura and wall tiles. Broil and Sanicril will be showing their vanity units and Renaissance and Aquarius Bathrooms will have on display their latest in acrylic baths.

Other firms, such as Plados (kitchen sinks) and Pentagono and Grohe (chrome fittings) are also

taking part and of course RUBI, renowned for their

tile-cutting machines and accessories, will also be in attendance.
