Diane Borg set a new national record in the 60m dash event during the European Indorr Championships.

Diane Borg finished last in her heat, the first one, clocking a time of 7.60 seconds. Her previous personal best was 7.71.

The other Maltese athlete Charlene Attard finished last in the fifth heat clocking 7.82 seconds. Attard’s personal best is 7.71 seconds
