The Valletta Dramatic Company will present the comedy ‘Pigama ghal Sitta’ (Marc Camoletti’s ‘Don’t Dress for Dinner’) at the Manoel Theatre on Saturday, 24 and Sunday, 25 March. The comedy, adapted in Maltese by Joe Brincat, has all the ingredients to make it an unforgettable evening.

The cast is made up of Monica Attard, Hector Bruno, Inez Farrugia, Frida Cauchi, George Micallef and Joe Quattromani. Joe Izzo directs.

The story is about Bernard, who plans to have a good time with Suzanne, his lover, in his own home while his wife goes to visit her mother. But he does not realise that Jacqueline had postponed this visit when she gets to know that her husband had invited Robert, her lover, to spend the weekend with them.

Thus in the same house Bernard wants to bed Suzanne, his lover, while Jacqueline wants to do the same with Robert. Meanwhile a cook arrives, sent by an agency, to cook for Bernard. But she, in turn, is mistaken for Suzanne.

Booking may be made at the theatre on tel. 2124 6389.
