Malta’s William Chetcuti and Jeff Tonna will be taking part in the forthcoming World Cup in Santo Domingo, Latin America, next week.

Chetcuti left Malta yesterday together with coach Jimmy Bugeja. They are accompanied by the Federation President Saviour Portelli.

Chetcuti will be taking part in the Double Trap competition next Tuesday which will conclude, as usual, with the final barrage between the top six qualifying shooters.

Also next week, Tonna will join the Maltese group in Santo Domingo to take part in the Trap competition. It will be the first time that he is representing Malta in an official competition after accepting to do so late last year.

He will be in action on Saturday and Sunday of next week.
