The Bank of Valletta is asking for the re-appointment of sale by auction of the Seacliff Bar & Restaurant in Tower Road, Sliema. This property was adjudged in favour of Michael Zammit on 21 November for Lm320,000 but this sum was never deposited in court by Mr Zammit.
