The Salesian Pastoral Youth Service organised a Youth Leadership Training Weekend, Take a Lead, for young people from Malta and Gozo, during which the participants were involved in a process of self-discovery and trained to be better Christian leaders in their respective environments.

The Salesian Pastoral Youth Service aims at catering for the psychological, social and spiritual needs of the young in a holistic development which helps the young to reach out and have the courage to stand up and be counted. The formation of young people is an investment which guarantees the building of a better society, it said.
