Heritage Malta has signed a collaboration agreement with the European Institute of Education (EIE), which will be committing its resources to assist Heritage Malta in its human resources development. To this end, Antonello Cappitti, director of EIE, presented a number of management publications to Luciano Mule Stagno, Heritage Malta chief executive officer.

The institute has also committed itself to assist Heritage Malta in a number of initiatives that the national agency is undertaking.
