Court: Man Granted bail

One of 19 people who was charged with conspiring to deal in drugs more than four years ago was granted bail yesterday against a deposit of Lm15,000 and a personal guarantee to the same amount.
Charles Steven Muscat has been held under preventive custody since he was arraigned under arrest together with 18 other men on 1 November 2002. The man was represented in court by Dr Veronique Dalli and Dr Jose Herrera.
