A man was charged yesterday with slightly injuring another man in Floriana on Saturday.
Simon Bartolo, 36, from Floriana, was charged with assaulting John Laus and damaging his spectacles in the process.
Police inspector Alfred Mallia prosecuted and Dr Jose Herrera appeared for the accused.
