The sittings of the Constitutional Court and of the Court of Appeal presided over by the Chief Justice and scheduled for Monday at 9am have been deferred until Friday, 13 April at 9am.
Monday’s sitting of the Court of Appeal presided over by Mr Justice Gino Camilleri will be held as scheduled.
Monday’s sittings of the Court of Criminal Appeal, presided over by the Chief Justice in Malta (at 9am) and in Gozo (at 3pm) will also be held as scheduled.
