The Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce is organising a course aimed at teaching the basics of ceramic sculpture and silver filigree work in order to enable participants to create jewellery using both materials.

The society is also reintroducing a course on gilding.

Both courses will be held in the evenings and will run for 10 lessons of two hours each.

The courses will start in April at Palazzo De La Salle, Valletta. The course fee for each is Lm9.
