The tale of four turtles who mutate into bipedal creatures. Trained from their youth by Ninja-master rat, Splinter, the turtles are given the names of great Renaissance painters; Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello and Leonardo. Fully trained, they eventually emerge, from the sewers into the strange, dangerous world of humans.
