David Casa MEP last Friday paid a visit to the go mobile offices in Fra Diegu Street, Marsa. “Since its launch in 2000, go mobile has offered an innovative service to the Maltese market,” he said.

Go mobile has a workforce of more than 250 employees. The company was set up on 2 June 1999 as the second mobile operator in Malta. In under five years of operation, the company share managed to approach 50 per cent of the market, which is serving 85 per cent of the population.

Peter Gauci, director Mobile Operations, said they were offering a choice to the market. “Offering a good product which includes a quality service, guarantees our market share,” he said.
