Rabbi Levi Matusoff, the director of the Union of European Jewish Communities Centre, a Brussels based Jewish lobby group with a lot of influence in Europe and the USA, and Rabbi Isaac Minkovitz, a Milan (Italy) based businessman, who owns Minkovitz Caterers, hosted Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi to dinner at the Golden Sands Hotel on Thursday.

Rabbi Matusoff and his father-in-law Isaac were involved in bringing over to Malta for the first time ever more than 250 wealthy Jews and their families from around the world to celebrate (Jewish) Passover holiday in Malta.

Some of these businessmen have already shown an interest to invest in Malta and open up factories here.
