HSBC is restructuring and centralising all its commercial banking operations and branches in order to give business customers a superior service in a highly professional ambience.

A new building, located next to HSBC’s Operations Centre in Qormi, will have attractive, customer-friendly offices, complete with staff and customer parking facilities. The new offices, boasting impressive interiors, will be geared to offer the bank’s commercial customers excellent banking services.

Through the restructuring of its commercial banking operations, HSBC’s five business centres around Malta will be brought together under one roof, combining the various arms of the bank’s commercial set up.

HSBC’s professional team of commercial and business development experts are now dedicated to give specialised services to customers, which include a wide range of financial products for small enterprises, medium sized and large companies and multinationals. Relationship managers will run restructured customer portfolios and spend quality time with customers.
