The Sliema band, conducted by Mro James Agius, will perform Franz Lehar’s operetta La Danza delle Libellule, produced by Joe Fenech.

Taking part will be singers Joe Aquilina, Joe Huber, Karen Camilleri, Connie Frances Zerafa and Louiselle Pace Gouder, together with the University Third Age Choir. Orchestra leader is violinist Ronnie Pisani.

The operetta is being presented at the Salesian theatre in Sliema on 28 April at 7.30pm, in association with the Association of Lyceum Past Students, marking school’s foundation day.
