MPs Joseph Debono Grech and Leo Brincat, members of the parliamentary delegation to the Council of Europe, will be attending the Second Part Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to be held in Strasbourg between 16 and20 April.
Among the subjects to be debated during this part session are a code of good practice for political parties, the quality of medicines in Europe and candidates for the European Court of Human Rights.
