A 73-year-old man died when he fell off a roof in Bertu Hyzler Street in Qormi yesterday afternoon, police said.
Preliminary investigations showed that the man was fixing a water tank on the roof when the accident took place. He fell a height of about four storeys and died on the spot.
Duty magistrate Edwina Grima appointed various experts to assist her in the inquiry.
