I agree with your correspondent David Camilleri (Bring back Doksa, TMID, 21 April).
The programme, which has unfortunately been taken off the air when the spring schedule started on NET TV, had breathed in fresh air to our local television stations.
So very often discussion programmes on local TV turn out to be shouting battles which leave the intelligent viewer unable to follow.
Of course, Doksa was not as popular as other TV talk-shows, but this was in fact its strength since it catered for those particular viewers who are not interested in following a discussion without head or tail, but enjoy a structured discussion in which subjects are tackled in an intelligent way, and from all angles too.
I do hope that Doksa is just taking a deserved break and that it will be back on the airwaves soon. It would be a great pity if NET TV allows this programme to disappear.
