The Jules Verne, Vision Cruises’ liner, made its maiden call on Malta on Tuesday, with a 12-piece village brass band and flower girls, together with officials from the Malta Tourism Authority and the Valletta Waterfront, on hand to welcome the visitors.
The Jules Verne carries 550 passengers and a crew of 200. She is currently on a 12-day Mediterranean cruise and will be sailing around the Mediterranean from this month until October.
