I am writing with regard to the pavement around my showroom in Tarxien.

A special bravo goes to the Tarxien mayor, Paul Farrugia, who has been at the site in person when the actual work was being

carried out.

Mr Farrugia is setting an example of how local councils should liaise with the business community, and how the residents benefit from such cooperation.

My company operates from four other localities (Mosta, Birkirkara, Hamrun and St Julian’s), all notorious for traffic management issues.

I take this opportunity to thank the above-mentioned local councils and their respective mayors for their continued support – especially Mr Farrugia, who gets things done in a unique style.
