Bank of Valletta has once again extended its support towards the organisation of the BOV Spring Series by the Royal Malta Yacht Club. 12 boats from three different classes took part in this year’s races which were spread over two days.
‘Primadonna’, captained by Georges Bonello DuPuis, emerged as the winner of Class A, just ahead of Arthur Podesta’s ‘Elusive’.
‘Spirit of the Wind’ with Anton Calleja as skipper was the outright winner in Class B while Alex Hall’s ‘Orlando’ proved too strong for ‘Sephora’, skippered by Frank Giordamaina Medici.
