Court: Conditionally Discharged for using a false driving licence

A man was yesterday conditionally discharged for two years after pleading guilty to possessing a false driving licence after obtaining it by way of bribes.

Christian Mallia, 19, from Hamrun, pleaded guilty to possessing a false driving licence. Magistrate Saviour Demicoli took into consideration his early guilty plea and his clean police record. He conditionally discharged him for two years.
