A 21-year-old man from Gzira was charged yesterday with stealing the stereo systems from two cars parked in Qawra in December 2005.
Andrew Formosa was also charged with damaging the Skoda and the Toyota and with relapsing. Before magistrate Audrey Demicoli, he pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him.
Police Inspector Silvio Valletta prosecuted and Dr Franco Debono and Dr Charmaine Cherrett appeared for the accused.
