Fees for educational programmes in summer will be exempted from value added tax, said the Ministries of Education and Finance.
The exemption is for educational programmes for the coming summer for children or students aged between three and 16, run by organisations not already registered as a school, as long as they register with the Education Ministry.
Registration forms are obtainable from the ministry’s customer care office and must be returned by 15 June.
