Frank Salt Real Estate Limited opened its ninth branch office last week on the Marsascala seafront.

The opening of the Marsascala office and another office in Mellieha, which is to open towards the end of this month, is part of the company’s expansion plans announced during the group’s annual general meeting last January.

Frank Salt Real Estate Limited was the first real estate company to open a branch office in the south of the island in 1981 to meet the requirements of buyers and sellers in the area.

The need to open another office in Marsascala has long been felt due to the increasing number of new developments in the area, which the company has on its registers and others that are due to come on the market in the near future, as well as the increasing interest in the area by local and overseas buyers.

The branch is in Marina Street right in the centre of the town and offers the full range of services including sales and letting of residential and commercial properties throughout Malta and Gozo, After Sales Consultancy Services, and Property Management.

The office will fall under the managerial responsibility of Sandra Aquilina who also manages the Fgura branch.
