Malta Labour Party leader Alfred Sant yesterday promised the Malta Union of Midwives and Nurses that the party is committed to work closely with the union in seeking better medical services.
Topics discussed at yesterday’s meeting included the migration from St Luke’s Hospital to Mater Dei Hospital.
The MLP quoted the MUMN as saying that in spite of various consultation meetings, an agreement on the migration plan between the government and the union is still far away.
