I would like to express all my gratitude to the British Jet cabin crew that were on our flight on Tuesday 22 May from Manchester to Malta.

After one hour of flight inbound to Malta we had a medical emergency on board, a lady felt sick and went unconscious. The rapid intervention of cabin crew Clifford Scorey, Stephanie Mercieca and the rest of the crew was exceptional. They responded in a very professional way to treat the seriousness of this case.

The passenger was immediately given oxygen which helped her gain consciousness after a while and was medically treated by one of the crew members and a nurse who happened to be on board until our arrival in Malta.

Well done for your professionalism and dedication!
