Nearly a month has passed since the start of the new traffic management system in Valletta.

I go to Valletta nearly every day because of commitments and errands. So far, I have been unable to find a parking place there, and have to actually leave the capital city and try to find a parking place in Floriana or, at worst, at the park and ride area.

I never spend more than 30 minutes looking for a parking space, so I assume that I will not be charged a single cent for my endeavours.

The problem however remains that I waste too much time. And time means money too.
