The Malta Transport Authority has announced that, due to work being carried out by Naxxar local council on Triq il-Parrocca at its corners with Triq San Pawl and Trejqet l-Iklin, the following traffic management scheme is being implemented for the duration of the work.

Monday, 4 June from 8.30am: partial closure of northbound carriageway in the direction of Naxxar. The road will remain open to vehicular traffic.

Tuesday, 5 and Wednesday, 6 June from 8.30am: partial closure of southbound carriageway in the direction of San Gwann. The road will remain open to vehicular traffic.

Monday, 11 June, work will be carried out along Triq San Pawl from the corner with Triq il-Parrocca up to the corner with Triq il-Buzjett from 7am. Vehicular traffic from Naxxar through Triq il-Parrocca in the direction of Triq San Pawl will be diverted to Triq in-Nutar Manwel Debono, Triq il-Buzjett and Triq San Pawl.

Vehicular traffic from Ilkin/San Gwann in the direction of Triq San Pawl will be diverted to the service road in Triq Murray, Triq Arnaldo Fabriani and Triq San Pawl.

Monday, 18 June, work will be carried out along Triq San Pawl from the corner with Triq il-Buzjett up to Triq Luqa Briffa. Vehicular traffic from Naxxar in the direction of Triq San Pawl will be diverted to Triq l-Imnara, Triq Murray, Triq Arnaldo Fabriani and Triq San Pawl. Vehicular traffic from Triq San Pawl in the direction of Triq il-Parrocca will be diverted to Triq Luqa Briffa, Triq in-Nutar Manwel Debono and Triq il-Parrocca.

Monday, 25 June, work will be carried out along Triq San Pawl from the corner with Triq il-Parrocca up to the corner with Triq Luqa Briffa. Vehicular traffic from Naxxar through Triq il-Parrocca in the direction of Triq San Pawl will be diverted to Triq Murray, Triq Arnaldo Fabriani and Triq San Pawl. Vehicular traffic from Iklin/San Gwann in the direction of Triq San Pawl will be diverted to Triq Murray, Triq Arnaldo Fabriani and Triq San Pawl. Vehicular traffic from Triq San Pawl in the direction of Triq il-Parrocca will be diverted to Triq Luqa Briffa, Triq in-Nutar Manwel Debono and Triq il-Parrocca.

The work will be completed by 28 June.
