Haddiehor tomorrow will be a special edition about Dun Gorg Preca which will be aired on Net TV throughout the morning.

The Canonisation of Dun Gorg Preca is surely a very important event, but what does it really mean to the Maltese and to Malta? Is it just going to be a one-day event or are we going to let Dun Gorg Preca be a part of our lives?

Do we know who Dun Gorg was? If one starts mentioning the things which stood out in Dun Gorg, the list is endless. Dun Gorg was definitely a priest with a great love for God and who very energetically spread the word of God. Dun Gorg founded the MUSEUM at a time when the level of education was low. He taught people to read and interpret the Bible, at a time when the Bible was considered to be only for priests. Dun Gorg’s preachings and writings all reflect his love for God. No wonder many sought him out for help. No wonder he has always been looked at as a saint.

Haddiehor will help us learn more about Dun Gorg through interviews with people who knew him.
